I would have thought each party would be proud of its environmental platform, and would be eager to explain it, and how it differs from the others. Yet it seemed in the French Language debate, even then, they were loathe to explain any details. They just sold their platforms as if they were generic soap.
Ms. May bravely tried to bring up the specifics, but the others would not take up the challenge.
This is odd given so many ads the Liberals and NDP have put out pointing out how a sustainable economy means a green economy and how the Conservatives claim theirs is the strongest plan where everyone else derides it as the weakest. You'd think they would want to argue points in its favour. What motivates the reticence?
